We understand that most often plaintiff attorneys are working on a contingency basis with their clients. When we screen a case for merit we work expediently.
If the case is defensible, it is our duty to relay this opinion quickly and cost effectively. We will not accept any further assignments on a defensible case.
For the defense
We will study the case in detail and provide the objective findings and our medical and nursing opinions that give you both the good news and the bad news. We are detail oriented while keeping the larger picture in mind.
