Standard of care issues and breeches are identified as well as missing medical records.

After analyzing the case for merit, Med Legal Source can give an opinion, and make recommendations for further discovery and production.

Deposition and Trial - Once the case has been analyzed, we make valuable recommendations and draft vital questions for the attorney to use in deposition and trial.

Interrogatories – We draft and/or edit interrogatories.

Reports - We create detailed reports, timelines and chronologies. We strive to help the attorney focus on the pertinent details and issues.
