When Eva Ettedgui RN, Certified Legal Nurse Consultant works behind the scenes, her work is usually undiscoverable. In this capacity we start by analyzing the case for merit, duty, breach of duty, damages, and causation when applicable for medical malpractice cases and scrutinizing damages and causation for personal injury and wrongful death cases.
After analyzing the case for merit, Med Legal Source can give an opinion, speaking to nursing or medical care and make recommendations for further discovery and production.
Deposition and Trial - Once the case has been analyzed, we can make valuable recommendations and draft vital questions for the attorney to use in deposition and trial. Eva can also attend deposition with the attorney.
Interrogatories – We are often asked to edit or draft interrogatories to health care staff. We know what to ask and how to ask it to avoid the interrogatory run-around.
Reports - If the case has merit from a nursing or medical standpoint, then detailed reports, timelines, chronologies case be produced and catered to your firm’s style and best learning method.
